Prompt response to my advert.Came the next day to quote for the job,which was very reasonable.Accepted the price & twenty four hours later arrived to do the job. Dave is a very good tradesman,with qualities that should get him a lot of work. Would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to do a good at a fair price. Hope he gets a lot more positive reviews.

N.S.C. Construction came to give me a quote to finish off some block paving but also took on some rendering tyroleing and painting. I am over the moon and never seen any tradesman work so hard as they did I shall certainly be using them again and I recomend anyone who needs any type of maintainance work to get in touch Excellent isnt a good enough description N.S.C. Roy came to give a quote as having probs with damp patch on bedroom & chimney wall. He did thorough examination in loft & was told that there was no leaking from roof & problem was probs due to air vent blocked up on chimney breast & condensation in bedroom. He quoted price to do some pointing work in the future & as he was Very honest with us we will be getting him to do as another company quoted me silly amount of money to do work that wasnt needed & wouldnt of solved our problem.

From start to finish I was so pleased I’d chosen this company. Communication was excellent and the work was carried out to a really high standard. I made some changes to the original plans as the work went along and they were more than happy to accommodate! Thank you so much- I love the garden!

The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Lots of good work done and Chris was amazingly patient when we (clients) messed up the ordering of parts...multiple times.

Do not under any circumstances use Knights Roofing or Tommy King who also has other companies.He did not complete the roofing/chimney work and he kept promising to come back and 6 months on we are now getting no response from him.Our chimney is leaking more than before and we are getting another professional to sort the problem

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Commissioned C and J developments. To build an attached garage. At the start of the project we talked through any issues as they arose and agreed how they would be rectified. However as build progresssed the quality of work deteriorated Brickwork bowed in side and rear walls. Joists for garage roof cut at different lengths and not cut to match the angle of the wall one joist packed out with old pieces of wood. Walls either side of rear door not aligned. Stopped work due to poor standard of workmanship
