Family run business started in 2022 by two cousins who have teamed up to bring two very detailed trades together, plumbing and joinery. We don’t have problems we’ll only ever have solution’s.
Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

I have also chosen Agua to do my Bathroom in Feb 2017 as I know they will do an excellent job. They do not request a single penny until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
