Came to repair kitchen tap leaking from valves and spout. Left site stating repair was completed (having charged extra as needed to replace the tap handles). Two days later the spout was again leaking and a valve that was not replaced (although originally quoted for replacement) was leaking. What you quoted for you didn’t do. Instead of sealing from the outside your put some white sealant inside. The roof continued to leak. An now because of the 1 star you have contacted me for proof of it leaking after I had to get someone else to rectify the issue. You offered me a refund on the 21 November but didn’t send it even after various calls and text and you telling me not to keep bothering you. Now you are saying as I haven’t got the proof I am trying to rob you of MY £150.

Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway.
