Been doing carpentry work for nearly 15years now from fitted wardrobes, alcove units, media walls to kitchens, roofs and staircases. Also have a lot of knowledge around sash windows and resin repairs for rotten timber as I use to work for a company specialising in sash windows. Avoid… please save yourself time and money and avoid this person. He was brought in to fit a window, and two doors and he’s fitted a window with a massive crack on it, without fitting it around (windows let’s a lot of air and noise in). He replaced once door and left it without handle, so unable to open and close. The other door he ordered and sits in my kitchen, but he did not fit. He took 3,000 and then refused to complete the work. *AVOID*

Then why is your new company Studio Construction Ltd being forced to close. Why have you not replied to my many requests to complete works. Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Daniel and his team were excellent from start to finish. He turned up to look at the job and quoted promptly which we appreciated as the working needed to start immediately so we could move in as planned. The workmanship was impeccable and our house is transformed. The job and timelines were not easy but Daniel is a really hard worker and put in additional hours to get the job done. We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

Sam was called out at short notice to fix a problem with an en-suite bathroom floor. Due to ingress of water, the existing floor had rotted and was in urgent need of repair. Sam expertly replaced the damaged subfloor with marine plywood and secured it to the rafters. The existing tiled flooring was replaced with attractive light-oak vinyl flooring. The job required the removal and refitting of a toilet which was also expertly completed. Thanks, Sam, for your hard work and craftsmanship.

I cannot Thank Paul enough for the Brilliant Decorating work he completed at my house. Extremely high standard - with wall murals, wallpaper and painting, resulting in a masterpiece. The skill and attention to detail to ensure all walls made perfect, fixing cracks professionally and finishing touches to woodwork, exceeded expectations. Made some excellent suggestions, completed work on time. A very friendly, kind and funny gentleman, highly recommend for any decorating or carpentry work in the future.
