Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. Both Pam and Sunny were very helpful and friendly. They were true to there word to fix two minor issues after the fitting, So thank you.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Phil responded fast and came to do a quote for us in london very quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, did an excellent job creating a new banister. He’s a really nice guy and we will definitely book him again. Highly recommend.
