Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Radiators moved under the window. They used plastic cables instead of copper pipes and those cables are hanging under the radiators and are placed up on the wall instead of being above the skirting boards. Boiler apparently serviced but they didn't look inside the boiler and they didn't give me the boiler service form, only some printouts from outside mains, saying that that's my boiler service. Absolutely rubbish. I've been taken ripped off and now I have to pay again someone else to put things right.

The plumber Sam arrived before the appointment but that was not a problem, on the contrary he arrived fully prepared and keen to get on with the work. He understood exactly what was required and carried out the job efficiently and quickly with good humour. Highly recommend this company.
