Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Owen has been landscaping our back garden, levelling off a large area of garden, building stone walls and steps and a new patio area and garden path. We would strongly recommend him. He's an incredibly hard worker, out in all weathers to get the job done in time and willing to change the job as our plans changed throughout the project. Billy was absolutely fantastic. He fitted our new bathroom suite, tilled the walls and floor and did the plumbing work as we changed the layout of the bathroom. He did everything to a very high standard and we have already decided to get him back to do our downstairs toilet. Would highly recommend.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site
