Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Wayne undertook the construction of a single storey, ground floor extension for us in Exeter. Jenek (English spelling of his name) is a very good handyman who wants to do everything in his power to help. I asked him to tie up the fronds growing out at all angles from my pergola and he achieved the result that I wanted very quickly, methodically and carefully. It was better than I thought possible to achieve, with a lovely shaped arch to walk through. He took the initiative to clear out leaf debris from the ground although I hadn't asked him to, and I felt as though I was working with a friend.

Carpenter by preference but do most general building work with over 30 years experience from fitting a door to complete new build. I always leave the site clean and tidy. I take every job seriously as I know how important even the smallest job can be.
