Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

I had new carpets fitted & needed 6 doors shaving because they weren't shutting properly any more. Dale did an excellent job & they are now all closing fine. It was actually quite a tricky task because most of them were heavy fire doors & 2 of them required re-hanging but Dale made short work of it & his communication was really good throughout & he also tidied up after himself. I would highly recommend Dale’s services & would happily employ him again.

Jobs is done fine and it's 5 star work. However he quoted 200£ to seal 3 sides of a shower tub and if we don't accept he must charge 65£ for a 10 minutes inspection without letting us know in advance on phone. That's a 1 star price.

Poor workmanship. I've had to get a lot of work redone that wasn't done or finished off properly. When I asked Josh to come and revisit what needed doing he was quite abusive after arguing over what was agreed or not and basically wasn't interested since he got paid. This guy will take your money and get bored of doing the job.
