I'm the owner of the company, with 25 years in the property refurbishment services with multiple qualifications to cover most trades. I just moved locally to the area, so I'm back with rated people to get quality clients.
There are two halves to the story. I posted this job and I had a response by a phone call saying that he’ll come across and looking into my problem. He arrived. He checked my problem with my light switch he checked behind it and found a loose wire and put this wire in the right place. He charged me £226. I feel this is quite excessive of a price just to rewire wire. I had no choice to pay as it did not give me an upfront price in the first place.

Together we decided to launch this venture to project manage everything that goes into a new bathroom, whilst working with a fitting company called Total Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd. ****Builders from hell- Stay well away *** Robbed me of 70K left my house in a totally destroyed state and an open roof. Used constant threats to extort money. The little work that was carried out, no building control approval was sought and work done was substandard and had to be redone. Left the work once I informed building control and declined to return back, comply with inspection, rectify the work or provide any refund despite providing a work evaluation by an independent quantity surveyor.
I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers.
