Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. So pleased with the work Ciprian did for me. He sourced the security gate and found a great reasonable price for me. He communicated throughout and arrived promptly to my home to install the gate. Christian is very argumentative, he does not listen to what the customer wanrmts, he looks for the easiest and cheapest material to do the job, he tells you not to tell his workmen how much he has charged you or he will quit the job.he is an extortionist, he overcharges for material, if you buy your own material, he takes what remaining without asking, he is always in a rush and as a result the job is not completed, you have to hire someone else to complete it. For peace of mind, I won't hire him

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
