I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. I have 35 years in building trade, I work on the building sites different building companies and the Local Authority. I have just finish working for a company call NKP construction I have now decided to work for myself.
Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.

We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.
