After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

We are a family run business and have been in the plumbing and drainage industry for 15 plus years. We offer our services for small plumbing jobs to large trace and access and also offer work via insurance companies. We value our customers and offering our best service as well as reliability and trust is our highest priority. We specialise in leak detection with the use of our inspection camara. Initially very friendly and helpful and promised to fix our drainage problem. Charged us a very large amount of money. The job has not been successful and we still have the drainage problem. We have chased them many times for a receipt for the money paid and a report that they promised that we could use to try to claim on our insurance for the work done. Each time they promise it will be sent over by the end of the day but we have received nothing. I strongly recommend not using this company.
