Then why is your new company Studio Construction Ltd being forced to close. Why have you not replied to my many requests to complete works. Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.

Tim and Adam arrived bang on time at 7:30 am. Very friendly and did exactly what we had agreed beforehand. He actually gave me a small reduction on the quoted price as he didn't use all the material he had quoted for. The job took longer than Tim had anticipated (some tricky carpentry required) but they worked on through to complete it in one day, as promised. They also cleared up nicely at the end and took away all the debris. Our summer house should now last another 20 years at least!

James and his team replaced the whole roof and carried out pointing and a pipe replacement all within 2 days. Forwarded photos of pre stage and every stage up to completion. S&D fixed our kitchen ceiling after a leak. Nicholas also painted the ceiling, painted our living room ceiling and installed tiles in our kitchen. All done in 2 days. Nicholas worked very hard and his work is exceptional. The tiles were quite difficult to work with but he did them beautifully. Would definitely recommend and will be using him again

Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.
