Contacted Rated People as I required a consumer unit change and test certificate. I was cont by James within a minute, an easy to understand and easy to talk to person who quickly established my requirements. He provided a date and ball park cost to be confirmed later. A date and price agreed, 7 days notice. The work was completed today, punctual and efficient. Was contacted a little later when the work was finished certificate issued along with invoice. He came out the same day he got in touch to have a look at what needed doing (knocking through between kitchen and living room, RSJ, blocking up/creating doors to other rooms), and we received the quote the next day as promised. The quote was very reasonable and included a full breakdown and labour and materials. Any questions were answered professionally and honestly.
