He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Not really happy with the work done to be fair. Expensive door cut too short, another door not finished off correctly and damage made to my kitchen Lino by the door being carried in and dropped on its corner. Not noticed until Paul had left.

Where do I start? Ben initially came out to quote me on some electrical work in the garage as well as a new consumer board, explained my options and best value making sure it's future proof. Ben did an amazing job, also went the extra mile to fit some wall some sockets and published the certificate, once I was happy with his job he asked for payment. Not to forget there was about a 3 weeks cap between both jobs and Ben made it clear pay me once I've done that other job. Thank you
