I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?

Very fast response. Fixed one of the problems but tried to get away with a lousy job for the other. When I said it was not acceptable, he changed the switch but didn’t do it correctly. As a result it kind of works but not as it should. I asked him to come and fixed it. He said he was going on holidays. I contacted him a few weeks later and he never replied. AVOID HIM. Not worth it.

Having spoken to Steve on the phone and by text, we agreed a date and time. However, Steve didn't turn up or call to say he wouldn't be coming. We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
