Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

I'm very pleased with the work done by John & Junior, nothing was too much trouble. There were a couple of unexpected problems which they dealt with quickly & calmly, and when I changed my mind about some things they didn't make me feel I was being a nuisance at all, but went out of their way to make sure the end resut was exactly what I wanted. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would & cleaned up after themselves each day. I am very happy with every aspect of the job & highly recommend them

Mark was very friendly and responded quickly.. Was very thorough to diagnose issue and work out where the leak was coming from. I thought was hot water system, Mark identified was heating system. As a result only one hole in ceiling to find leak then repair it. Once fixed checked heating system all balanced and bled. Made clear of the costs and the plan. Charged a fair price. Will 100% use again. Would recommend Mark.
