A slight communication slip combined with an unwell worker meant my original appointment couldn't be kept, but the guys appeared as rearranged. Bolier check was fine, thank my lucky stars, then leak traced quickly back to a faulty radiator valve. Part sourced and replaced and system recommissioned. Just in time for the inevitable cold snap. Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. He undertook some additional requests while he was was at the property, all at very reasonable rates. I will happily use the company again.
