We used these guys to do a lot of work in our house over the last 6 months. Most of the work has been excellent. There were a number of issues with our hallway that caused delays of over 6 weeks and cost us financially, some we feel are issues they could have foreseen and mitigated but didn’t, hence the 3 stars.

Tomasz refurbished our main bathroom and downstairs toilet. Job was done on time, when agreed and the cost was reasonable for the work carried out. We discovered water damage behind our bath, which was unknown, and Tomasz replaced the damaged wall and we agreed a reasonable price for this. Really pleased with the outcome and finish, would highly recommend if you're looking to hire and would use then again.

He also stepped through all the problems with the guttering and roof and what needed to be done, so I was clear on why this issue occurred. Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.
