Tommy you never once mentioned having to pay for "smashed tiles" you said you would be back to finish and you never returned you was paid for a complete job which was never completed so as far as im concerned we were conned! How is it another tiler turned up and finished the job without having to replace any tiles and had no problem with what the plumber had done?? With regards to the plumber he asked a number of times if he could work along side you to which you replied no as he would be in the way!

You sent to VQ RatedPeople partial message which is misleading.You sent an unqualified person to work on his own and perform gas safe on my boiler and mains without a qualification.You came to my house after a few days and I asked you to put things right,but you chose to leave swearing.I even paid for a boiler service which in fact was a gas safe with some printouts,performed by Kien alone who is not qualified.How can anyone be happy with all these?! Piotr was brilliant, worked with our limited timing to meet up and go through what we wanted, advised on design, grout colours and best finish for a step. Carried out the work on time, in budget and kept us updated on progress and asked for input in real time where needed - always with his own excellent recommendation. Came back to finish off areas which had to pause because of dependencies on other trades. No hesitation in recommending him - have used him again and will continue to do so.

James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.
