I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

Turned out the tradesman lived round the corner from us so we now know a good local joiner. He was promt with appointments, good efficent worker and friendly. All in all a good person to know for future jobs.
Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10 Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project. Phase 2 will start in a couple of weeks and in the meantime we have already recommended to close friends with the two projects running alongside. No hesitation in highest recommendations.

Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!
