I did not know him but read his reviews online which were all good. He communicated honestly and I felt reassured so I paid an agreed deposit amount on the first day. Nic and his colleague removed all the old concrete slabs and replaced them with attractive ceramic ones along with the manhole lids. They worked hard and left the site very clean and tidy. Unfortunately he hadn’t and even though he was notified of this the same day have had no response from the tradesman since despite numerous attempts . Very disappointing and another unreliable tradesman . A courteous reply is all it needed .
