Responded quickly within 5 minutes and a Young Gentleman Named Oliver came out within a couple of hours was very polite, Removed Bird from behind the chimney and put Gas fire back and tested, Cleaned up the mess too. Will Definitely Recommend to Anyone. A Very Happy Customer.

Dave was extremely quick in responding to our job and arranging to come round to provide the quote. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to fit our job in very quickly and the work was tidy and of a very high standard. Dave is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to recommend Dave to friends and family and would certainly book Dave again for any future work that we may have.

This was a particularly tricky installation, throwing up all kinds of problems along the way. Ryan worked his way through them all with a smile and now I've got a fab new boiler system. Thanks Ryan and here's to the next boiler in the barn!

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

We had a downstairs toilet fitted recently. The work was carried out quickly, and Sunny and his associates were lovely, considerate and hard working. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.
