Responded quickly within 5 minutes and a Young Gentleman Named Oliver came out within a couple of hours was very polite, Removed Bird from behind the chimney and put Gas fire back and tested, Cleaned up the mess too. Will Definitely Recommend to Anyone. A Very Happy Customer.

Dave was extremely quick in responding to our job and arranging to come round to provide the quote. The quote was very reasonable and he was able to fit our job in very quickly and the work was tidy and of a very high standard. Dave is friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. This was a particularly tricky installation, throwing up all kinds of problems along the way. Ryan worked his way through them all with a smile and now I've got a fab new boiler system. Thanks Ryan and here's to the next boiler in the barn!

100% happy with refurbit. cannot rate highly enough.punctual.reliable.professional.friendly and efficient.did a fantastic job in a clean and tidy way.did not try to baffle us with science and charged a very,very fair price for installing our central heating.I'm sure they would have treated us the same even if they were changing a tap washer many thanks again Chris & Matt..

Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Haydn was a pleasure to deal with, he provided an absolutely first class service from start to finish with excellent communication and advice on products and layout changes. Chris provided a stunningly good service from the beginning quote to the finished product 4 weeks later. He fitted the work in quickly, sourced all the materials delivering new tiles for me to look at to my front door; and went all the way to Watford to fetch them because they weren't available locally; he communicated regularly, and oversaw the job in my absence. The entire refit was done in a week as promised, and the quality of everything is absolutely superb. My new bathroom is just stunning.
