Ste, Scott, and Matt did a fantastic job updating my boiler. Brilliant job from start to finish. My apartment is quite complex to manoeuvre around, but everything was handled expertly and with great care, including staying a little overtime on the last day to make sure everything worked. Follow-up after the work to make sure the heating was working nicely. I really couldn't recommend them more highly.

Fitted a new combo boiler for us without fuss / hassle or heartache. Mike gave us a ballpark figure that was firmed up following a visit to inspect the works himself. Lots of advice was given by Mike who never tried to oversell or quote for anything that wasn’t needed.Arrived on the date agreed and the work was clean, faultless and carried out in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

The guys were really good they quickly responded to my job request and were at my house within an hour as promised they resolved the issue and tested everything with a great detailed report definitely someone I would call again for boiler issues.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

I've just had a visit from David and he rectified the problem immediately, taking only minutes to arrive. WE are having him back for more work we require, so it's a win-win situation!

Mr Harris was punctual, helpful and I felt very fair with his prices. The two pieces of work on a window and a roof were less than other national firms and competitive with local builders. He kept in contact with me by text and e mail and only wanted paying after he had completed the job. He also guaranteed the roof repairs and so far so good I have not had to ask him to return. I liked Mr Harris ,his manner and he came across as someone you cold trust.

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website
