Michael installed a new unvented hot water cylinder , he did a first class job, explained every step and the result is constant hot water at mains pressure which has certainly improved our showers. Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
