The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Asked to fix a kitchen leak from a reverse osmosis filter. He took a part off, cleaned the limescale and added silicone and said it was fixed. Less than 24 hrs later the tube started leaking a lot, took video and turned the tube feed off. When I requested a redress, he said he was on holiday and could send an engineer; I asked how the engineer would fix it but received no response after 2 messages. The tube needed to be changed or hole where tube feeds, made bigger. Would not recommend.
