I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. But he required no supervision from us, carried on quietly and very neatly completed the job. This company charged us £140 for a “call out” they didn’t carry out any work required and they left the cable hanging from the original satélite dish installed previously. I wouldn’t recommend them. We have paid a lot of money for no work done whatsoever but they left our own dish not properly put back as it was.
