My window handles and locks were fitted very quickly. one was initially very tight and the handle could not turn. The locksmith communicated all the way through with instructions and when I could not fix it, he offered to come back to sort it. It started turning eventually and is working well.

Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. Jae and Chubbs are nice enough guys and they did a reasonable job on the wallpapering, though there are a few areas in the room where the pattern has not been matched at all. However, be wary of drastic price changes halfway through the job, speed at which they work and also the amount of paper they waste - despite asking us to order more paper, the amount wasted is far beyond the 2 more rolls we ordered - adding a further £100 to our bill!
