Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. Having quoted and agreed to do the job they never responded to any further messages leaving us high and dry. Really poor communication and would rather they had just said they were unable to do the job. Very disappointing.
