Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

Reduce to 500 characters I came across Silviu at an extremely difficult time for me. Having previously been let down by an unscrupulous builder who only gutted my house in 6 weeks; I could not move into my house as it was bereft of a kitchen or bathroom. Initially I asked Silvui to install a new bathroom which he did efficiently in timely fashion. He then installed a new kitchen. He was sensitive, punctual, reliable,hardworking, and professional. I am happy with his work and wholeheartedly recommend him.

Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes

Giving 1 star as I initially contacted Tom in May about a sink replacement which he came out to us quickly and stated the sink we had bought wasn't correct and he would source one for us to fit. He asked for £100 as a "deposit" which I sent and he left. After several failed attempts to rearrange a fitting date Tom stopped replying to me and I had to threaten a bad review to get a response. I have given him more than enough of my time and patience but I am yet to receive a refund which Tom said he would do.
