Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. I just want to say I have the most beautiful bathroom that I absolutely love. Matt helped me decide on placement of furniture /colours. He listened to what I wanted but also added expertise on how best to design the bathroom. He also had a little look at my leaky boiler which was kind and I really appreciated that. Just dropped a star because of waste collection issue but other than that I would hire again and Thankyou so much!

Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it
