I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.

He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches. Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. Been doing carpentry work for nearly 15years now from fitted wardrobes, alcove units, media walls to kitchens, roofs and staircases. Also have a lot of knowledge around sash windows and resin repairs for rotten timber as I use to work for a company specialising in sash windows. I can't rate Konrad high enough, he did more than I originally asked. He replaced the rotten decking, put some pario slabs down, replaced some fencing, even made a couple of flower boxes. Organised the removal of all the old decking and rubbish. Konrad is a polite and well-mannered young man snd I would highly recommend him.
