Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. A fantastic Job at a reasonable price, they were here within an hour of us posting the job today. We had guttering replaced, tiles replaced all in a day and done by 2 very nice men. We highly recommend them.

Can not recommend Dave and Tom enough !! They came to rip out our old, dated stud board stair wall and replaced it with a beautiful oak and metal balustrade and spindles. They are punctual, friendly and hardworking. Fabulous job done at short notice at a very good price. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any future jobs !! ????

We were worried about finding tradesmen to do our garage conversion as we’ve generally not had a good experience in the past. Les came in and gave a great quote, was helpful and transparent from the start and did an excellent quality job whilst being very respectful of our living space. Would recommend him to anyone and would definitely use Les again.

This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.
