Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

I couldn't be happier with the work I've had done! A full kitchen fit with tiling, plumbing, and flooring etc plus decking and a pergola in the garden. All the tradesmen are employed so arranging contractors isn't a problem. The men are friendly and very good at what they do. Nothing is a bother for them. Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!
