Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

After 3 weeks of being let down and messed about by local roofers following Storm Eowyn, I posted on here and Colin got in touch. He made an appointment to come through, take a look and give a quote and he kept his word and arrived bang on time. He gave a good price and agreed to come and do the work in 2 days time, which he did, again bang on time and despite terrible weather, saving us from further water ingress that day. John and his team arrived when they said they would and I was kept up to date with the progress throughout the work. John is a genuinely nice guy and nothing was too much trouble. Billy & Tommy came to see the job in the middle of the storm which decimated our fencing. We ended up having to get the whole fencing in the garden ripped out and replaced. They came with all the tools and kit, set about ripping it all out and getting the new fencing up. 10/10 job. The new fencing looks fantastic! I can’t thank them enough. A couple of cups of coffee and these two will work endlessly to get the job done! Cannot recommend them highly enough!
Nice clean job at a good price however did not return to complete 1 remaining door even though I paid in full. Disappointed as Joe was a very nice guy.
