Chad was a brilliant find. Not only did he come to view the broken hob he also helped me get one that would fit into the worktop. Chad was very thorough, he took the old one out and got all the measurements. The one I wanted was too big by 2 cms. I’d highly recommend Chad to anyone who wants electrical work. He’s a top bloke!

Good communications initially, came and gave a quote, seemed friendly and trustworthy, and arranged a day to do the work. Texted me to cancel on day of the job, asked if he could come a different day, and that's the last I heard of him, despite texting him and asking if he still wants the job. Shame, seemed a decent chap.
