He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.

Was super impressed with this company. All you could ask for with prompt response, quote, work started and job finished. Pots and plants were removed carefully and replaced where requested. Where necessary timings were adjusted slightly but I was kept fully informed. Sand has now been gently brushed off and the flat roof looks like new. The person that attended on site Joseph appeared polite at start but once the job started he never attended site and his workers were not following minimum safety practices i.e. transferring heavy OBS boardings on a ladder. The quote included removing old roofing including firrings only to find out that they quicky started boarding up with the existing firrings which were rotten. At the end I had to stop the job and was asked to pay 2000 £ for materials that was not provided with sufficient receipts for.
