I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. I’ve also installed UPVC drainage systems and septic tanks, giving me a wealth of experience in both domestic and commercial drainage work. Since 2020, I’ve expanded into the building sector, working on a range of projects including excavating footings, setting out for concrete, installing windows and doors, plasterboarding, and fitting bathrooms. I’ve also been involved in kitchen installations, flooring, and patio laying, with my main focus being plumbing, drainage, and groundworks. My approach is all about customer satisfaction, and I take pride in my attention to detail. I may take my time on certain tasks to make sure they’re completed to the highest standard. Radiators moved under the window. They used plastic cables instead of copper pipes and those cables are hanging under the radiators and are placed up on the wall instead of being above the skirting boards. Boiler apparently serviced but they didn't look inside the boiler and they didn't give me the boiler service form, only some printouts from outside mains, saying that that's my boiler service. Absolutely rubbish. I've been taken ripped off and now I have to pay again someone else to put things right.
